National Storytellers Night welcomes photographer Jay Clendenin, who shares his experiences and journey as a photojournalist and portrait photographer. 

He discusses his transition from working at the Hartford Courant to becoming a political photographer in Washington, D.C., and then moving to the Los Angeles Times, where he focused on portrait work using large-format film cameras. 

Clendenin also talks about his experiences photographing various celebrities, musicians, and events, highlighting the challenges and creative approaches he used to capture unique and memorable images.
