He also led a team of photographers and editors to four National Press Photographers Association Station of the Year awards at KARE-TV and contributed to Edward R. Murrow awards at three different media outlets. Despite his many achievements, Akagi remains committed to learning and growth. He continually hones new techniques, gear, and styles to stay fresh in the evolving media landscape.
